Find answers to common questions about using RentConnect
Visit the RentConnect web application and choose "Create Account." Select Landlord or Tenant, enter your details, and follow the checkout instructions shown for landlord accounts. Use only verified RentConnect distribution links for any mobile build.
Landlord accounts allow you to manage properties, units, tenants, leases, collect rent, and handle maintenance requests. A paid subscription ($49.99/month) is required. Tenant accounts are free and allow you to view leases, pay rent, submit maintenance requests, and communicate with landlords.
Go to Properties and choose "Add Property." Enter the location details and complete the $9.99/month location checkout. After Stripe confirms payment, the location is created and you can add unlimited unit records.
Open Units, select a property, and choose "Add Unit." Enter the unit number and rental details. Unit records are included with the paid location and do not require another subscription.
RentConnect uses a subscription model:
Platform Subscription: $49.99/month (required for landlords)
Per Location: $9.99/month for each property/location
Units: Unlimited unit records included with each paid location
Tenant accounts are free.
